No. Spreadsight runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. On a phone you can add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
Excel (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsb), CSV and other text files, Apple Numbers, OpenDocument (.ods), JSON, Parquet, dBase and web-page tables, plus tables inside PDFs, Word and PowerPoint files. Scanned PDFs and photos are not supported yet. You can also copy cells from Excel or Google Sheets and paste them straight in. Most tills, booking systems, online shops, accounting packages and banks can export one of these. If your workbook has several tabs, Spreadsight reads them all and can combine tabs with the same columns.
Your file is read inside your own browser and never uploaded to us. When you close the page, it's gone. The only things we store are your account and subscription details.
On a computer, up to about 3 million rows, which loads in around half a minute. On a phone, keep it under about 500,000 rows.
